FBI Burgers started with one obsession: the perfect burger. Not the prettiest, not the trendiest — the one you can't stop thinking about on the drive home.
Founded right here in Novato, California by John and Joy Carter, FBI Burgers was built around a handful of things done exceptionally well: handpressed patties, charbroiled over real heat, topped with quality ingredients, and paired with house-smoked meats and classic shakes.
Today, located at 2031 Novato Blvd, Novato, CA, the Góngora Family is proud to carry on this tradition as the new owners. While leadership has passed to our family, our mission remains completely unchanged: we honor the original recipes, follow the exact same standards of quality, and serve every meal with the dedication and warmth of a family-owned business. The name? Let’s just say some recipes are better kept classified — but the quality is something we share with you every single day.
